TU Electric herewith submits Revision 7 (enclosed) of the CPSES' Technical Requirements Manual.
Enclosed are the following documents:
Technical Requirements Manual - 1 signed (and sworn) original Revision 7 and 37 :opies A page-by-page description of the changes is atteched.
The group number assigns a leve' of significance for each change made to the Technical Requirements Manual consistent with TU Electric's letter TXX-88467 of June 1, 1988.
This change was reviewed in accordance with 10CFR50.59 and does not involve an unreviewed safety question, Unit 2 will be addressed in the du'a i Unit Techr.ical Requirements Manual submittal.
