Catawba Nuclear Station Docket Nos. 50413 and $0-414 Personnel Exposure Report Pursuant to Technical Specification 6.9.1.5 (a), Catawba Nuclear Station submitted a tabulation of the number of station, utility, and other personnel receiving exposure greater than 100 mrem / year, followed by the total dose for each respective worker classification andjob function during the 1991 calendar year. This annual personnel exposure report was submitted to the NRC in a letter dated February 28,1992.
Subsequently, an error has been discovered in the computer codes that compiled this
-information. Although all the total ligures were correct, the distribution of dose by the 6ve Technical Specification designated job functions did not accurately reDect'the breakdown as Duke Power would like to see it reported. The computer code has been corrected to 4
ensure that such a problem will not be repeated.
' Accordingly, please find attached the corrected 1991 personnel exposure report pursuant to Technical Specincation.6,9,1.5 (a). It should be noted that all information submitted on February 28,1992 pursuant to 10 CFR 20.407 (a) (2) is correct.
The computer codes mentioned above were also used to compile the 1988-1990 annual personnel exposure report. There reports are under review to determine if they contain the same - type error.
If any discrepancies are discovered, the affected report will be resubmitted within approximately 2 months from the date of this letter.
