Dear Mr. Keppler:
A meeting was held at Region III between Commonwealth Edison personnel and Messrs. R. Walker, W..Guldemand, C. Williams, et. al.
of your staff.
During this meeting, Commonwealth Edison proposed an alternative ~ method to satisfy the NRC requirement contained in item 2.C of reference (a).
This letter documents our commitment made during that~ meeting.

lLaSalle County Station will-incorporate into~ administrative procedures cautions stating the1 colors of control indicating-lights have been changed in the field to implement the " green board" concept and may not match-the colors'shown on-drawings.
2.
' Administrative procedures governing-modifications, work requests,-and post maintenance testing will be revised--to
-include the; cautions necessary to prevent inadvertant. compromise of. green board concept due possible differences in control light
. color arrangements shown on drawings.
