50-328 SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT (SQN) - 1991 ANNUAL OPERATING REPORT Enclosed is the 1991 Annual Operating Report for SQN.
It contains a summary of the following items:
facility changes, procedure changes, special tests, occupational exposure data, and iodine isotopic activity.
This report is being submitted to satisfy the requirement, of 10 CFR 50.59 and Technical Specifications 6.9.1.4, 6.9.1.5, and 6.15.1.1.a.
As discussed with NRC staf f during the recent 10CFR50.59 inspection (reference inspection report 327/92-02) all temporary alteration control form information during 1991 has been included in this report.
In addition, efforts are underway to enhance the summary of information provided by this report for the 1992 update.
