Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
Following our original response to the Notice of Violation stated in NRC Inspection Report 50-338/84-18 and 50-339/84-18 dated June 11, 1984, the events le.ading to the issuance of this violation reoccurred at North Anna Power Station on July 19 and on July 27, 1984.
Therefore, a supplemental response outlining our additional corrective actions to resolve the discrepancy is attached.
The material attached herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10CFR73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
