Request to Correct NRC Error in License Amendment 11 umber 162 (TAC 110.#75518) i Genslemen On September 4 1991, the fluelear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Amendment !! umber 162 (Toledo Edison Log Number 3550) to Facility Operating License Number NPF-3 for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit !! umber 1.
This was in response to Toledo Edison's application dated February 1, 1990 (Serial Number 1750).
The amendment revised Technical Specifications 3/4.1.3.1, 3/4.1.3.2.
3/4.1.3.3, and 3/4.1.3.4 regarding control rod assembly position indication surveillance requirements and made some administrative corrections.
Technical Specification Bases 3/4.1.3 was also changed to provide a discussion of the revised surveillance requirements.
In revising Bases page B3/4 1-4, the NRC deleted a portion of the existing Bases in a paragraph that should have been unaffected by Amendment Number 162. is marked up to show the correction necessary fcr page B3/4 1-4. shows the wording as it existed prior to Amendment Number 162.
ioledo Edison requests that the NRC issue a corrected page B3/4 1-4.
