. Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Monthly Operating Report In accordance with'the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Operating License No.~ DPR-16, Appendix A, Section 6.9.1.C, enclosed are two (2) copies of the Monthly Operating Data (gray book information) for the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station.
The report for December,1991, includes revised pages of the Opera:ing Status since startup from our 13R outage on June 25, 1991. These revisir)ns were due to:
1)
Derating Maximum Dependable Capacity Gross from 642 to 632 MWe, and Net from 620 to 610 MWe due to the replacement of turbine bladina with a presm plate.

Gross Thermal Energy was revised to account for the change in core thermal power after a feedwater flow test revealed inconcistencies between test measured and indicated feedwater flow.
3)
Finally, minor corrections were made to the forced Outage Hours for August, September, October, and November due to mathamatical error.
In all cases revision bars have been placed next to the revised number.c.
