Dear Mr. Denton:
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p), please find attached five (5) copies of the Safe-guards Implementation letters for the Catavoa Nuclear Station Safeguards Plans.
The appropriate " Security Plan Imp 3 ementation '.etter." " Safeguards Contingency Plan Implementation Letter" and " Training and Qualification Plan Implementation Letter" should be inserted at the beginning of the appropriate plans.
Letters of Implementation do not decrease the effectiveness of the Catawba Nuclear Station Safeguards Plans.
