In accordance with 10CFR Parts 2 and 50, the attached requested changes to the Technical Specifications of our Facility Operating License are hereby sub-mitted. We desire these changes be accomplished in fact to the Technical Specifications of our Facility Operating License as it now exists, such changes becoming an Amendment or Change thereto.
The . attached requested Technical Specification changes have been reviewed and approved by the NCSU Radiation Protection Council in keeping with Section 6.2.2 (d) of our current Technical Specifications.
