Dear Sir:
In accordance with 10CFR Parts 2 and 50, the attached requested changes to the Technical Specifications of our Facility Operating License are hereby sub-mitted.
We desire these changes be accomplished in fact to the Technical Specifications of our Facility Operating License as it now exists, such changes becoming an Amendment or Change thereto.
The. attached requested Technical Specification changes have been reviewed and approved by the NCSU Radiation Protection Council in keeping with Section 6.2.2 (d) of our current Technical Specifications.
