Dear Mr. Martin:
IE~ Bulletin 84-02, " Failure of General Electric Type HFA Relays in use in Class 1E Safety Systems", requested Licensees to provide _a response pertaining to plans and schedules for replacing these relays.
In order-to complete the required process, APS requested and was granted a two month extension by Mr. Paul Narbut (Region V).
We will therefore supply our respuse as requested on the subject Bulletin by September 20, 1984.
