Enclosed please find four Phase Ill Interim Reports for the Unit 2 Assessment Program being conducted by Management Analysis Company. This is not a complete report as not all of the identified deficiencies are closed by NMPC. As a result, this report only covers 169 of the 216 items included in this scope. The total results of Phase III will be included in the fl al report.
