Dear-Sir:
The NRC was notified of a potentially reportable deficiency in Reference (A), an Interim Report was transmitted by Reference (B) and Time Extensions were requested by References (C), (D), and (E). At that time, it was estimated that a Final Report would be available by July 15,1984.
A Final Report has been submitted to APS for review. It is expected that the review will be complete and a report transmitted to the NRC by August 10, 1984.
