Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
My letter of March 29, 1984 stated that all corrective action for Unit 2 concerning the subject deficiency would be complete by June 30, 1984. In our investigation, we found 8 locations of the 70 restrictor locations, to be overdrilled, 2 applications that require further evaluation and 2 that are not yet installed. Due to the required rework for these situations, additional time is needed to clear this deficiency. This work should be completed by August 24, 1984. Very truly yours, db, Hal B.
