Dear Mr. Schwencer:
As documented in the referenced letter, eight (see attachment 1) of the sixteen leakage reduction surveillance tests to be performed prior to fuel load in order to satisfy FSAR section 6.2.8 requirments have been cmpleted. A copy of the cmpleted surveillance test procedures including their test data sheets are provided in attachment 2.
'Ihe control Rod Drive Scram Discharge Volume Contaminated Pipe Inspection, ST-1-047-700-1, will be run again when the system is pressurized to operating reactor pressure prior to initial criticality.
Leakage limits will be established after all sixteen surveillance tests have been cmpleted.
The remaining eight surveillance test procedures to be cmpleted after fuel load including their test results will be subnitted to you in accordance with the schedule provided in the reference letter.
