Turkey Point Units 3 & 4 Docket Nos. 50-250, 50-251 Standby Steam Generator Feedwater Pump B Returned to Service On April 21, 1995, we submitted a Special Report to you under letter L-95-089, in accordance with Technical Specifications 3.7.1.6 and 6.9.2.
The purpose of the Special Report was to notify you that the B Standby Steam Generator Feedwater (SSGF)
Pump was expected to be removed from service on May 17, 1995, and expected to be returned to service on July 10, 1995.
In the Special Report we committed to send you a followup letter confirming that the pump has been returned to service.
This letter is to confirm that the B SSGF Pump has been returned to service.
Following post-modification testing, the pump was released to Operations Department, who successfully completed the normal monthly surveillance test on the pump on July 13, 1995.
Additionally, Amendments 164/158 to the Turkey Point Technical Specifications will be implemented by August 12, 1995.
