Reference a) requires a written report ev:luating the potential for and consequences of a refueling cavity risier seal failure.
The proposed design for the WNP-3 Reactor Vessel Paol Seal. is similar to that of the failed seal
- described in Reference :), however, fabrication has not yet. begun and has been suspended indefinitely due to the construction delay indicated in Reference b).
Ihe concerns raised in Reference a) shall be considered prior to executing
_ fabrication of the existing design or selection of a new design.
At that time, we plan to provide the required summary report.
