Dear Mr. Schwencer:

In reference letters no. I and 2 we requested certain pre-operational tests, construction and fire protection items be deferred until after fuel load in accordance with the technical

. justifications provided.

Since the time our request was made several of the items identified in our deferral request letters have been empleted and consequently should be dropped farn further consideration and not incorporated as license' conditions in our low power license. The individual deferral itms ta be deleted were given to Mr. B. Siegel in the reference telephone call and are as follows:

. Pre-operational Tests IP16.1 - Residual Heat Removal Service Water System.

1P79.2B - Offgas Pretreatrrent and Radiation Monitoring.

1P79.2C - Main Steam Line Radiation Monitoring.

Wrapping of Cables for Raceway Construction separation Criteria Capliance.
