APPLICANTS' MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE DISCOVERY RESPONSES Applicants hereby request that the time for filing answers to emergency planning interrogatories from Dr. Richard Wilson - presently due October 8,1984 - be extended to October 16, 1984. Officials from the North Carolina Division of Emergency Management who are still involved in emergency response activities in connection with the recent hurricane on the North Carolina coast will require additional time to provide information regarding Dr. Wilson's interrogatories. Dr. Wilson has indicated that he agrees with this extension request.

Therefore, Applicants request that the deadline for responses to Dr. Wilson's September 19,1984 Interrogatories to Applicants be extended to October 16,1984.
