The NRC was notified of a potentially reportable deficiency in Reference ( A), an Interim Report was transmitted by Ref erence (B),
and Time Extensions were requested by References (C) and (D); ' At that time, it was estimated that a Final Report would be available by September 20, 1984 Due to the extensive investigation and evaluation required, it is now expectedEthat this inf ornation will be finalized by October-31, 1984, at which time -a: complete report will be ' submitted.'
There is no new information or change to the Interim Repor* at this time.
