srieger) to NRC Document Control Desk dated July 5, 1995;
Subject:
Licensee Event Report 95-011 In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.73(d), by the referenced letter, Edison provided Licensee Event Report (LER)95-011 for an occurrence involving inoperable fire dampers.
When i
the LER was submitted, Edison had not completed evaluation of the cause(s), and the LER indicated that Edison planned to submit a revision by October 5, 1995 reporting the results of our evaluation.
While conducting the evaluation, Edison determined that additional factors required evaluating and additional time would be necessary to conduct a thorough review.
Edison plans to submit a revision to i
LER 95-011 by November 3, 1995.
