Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
In accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 10, Part 50.54(p),
Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L) hereby transmits a change to the provisions of the Industrial Security Plan for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant Unit Nos. I and 2.
The attached contains no change which would decrease the effectiveness of the plan or the level of security provided. This information will be incorporated in the next revision of the Industrial Security Plan as page changes.
The information in Attachment I has been designated as Safeguards Information and should be protected in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21.
