Perry Nuclear Power Plant Docket Nos. 50-440; 50-441 Restart of the Control Complex Chiller [RDC 70(83)]
Dear Mr. Keppler:
In our final report dated August 15, 1983, restart of Control Room Chiller following a Loss of Offsite Power (LOOP) or a Loss of Coolant Accident (LOCA) we stated that corrective action would include review of Safety Systems and issuance of design modifications by Gilbert Associates, Inc., the Architect /
Engineer, and implementation of the modifications. Subsequent correspondence on this subject was dated December 21, 1983.
This letter has been written to inform you that Engineering Change Notices 15383-033-2613 and 15384-086-248 were issued to document the necessary design modifications.
Implementation of these modifications is now anticipated by November 1, 1984.
