Dear Sir:
The NRC was notified of a potentially reportable deficiency in Reference (A), an Interim Report was transmitted by Reference (B), and Time Extensions were requested by References (C), (D) and (E). At that time, it was estimated that a Final Report would be available by June 29, 1984.
A Final Report is currently being reviewed by APS.
It is expected to be transmitted to the NRC by August 3,1984.
There is no new information or change to the Interim Report at this time.
