In the Matter of Docket Nos. 50-756h6LA 50-251 OLA Florida Power & Light Company ASLBP No. 84-496-03 LA Turkey Point Units #3 & #4 INTERVENORS MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO INTERROGATORIES On May 29, 1984, Licensee, Florida Power and Light Company, propounded eighteen interrogatories to Intervenors, Joette Lorion and the Center for Nuclear Responsibility, which pursuant to 10 C.F.R.

S 2.740 (b) were due on June 15, 1984.

Intervenors, Center for Nuclear Responsibility and Joette Lorion, hereby motion for a 25 day extension of time up to and including July 10, 1984. The Florida Power & Light Company states that they have no objection to the Motion for Extension of Time.

, Intervenors have sufficient good cause for requesting this extension of time. Intervenors' Counsel, who is a sole practioner and is currently handling this matter on a pro bono basis, recently experienced the final illness and death of his father, Nathaniel Eric Hodder, on June 13, 1984.
