Enclosed herewith is " Applicants' Motion for Summary Disposition Regarding Allegations Concerning Quality Assurance Program for Design of Piping and Pipe Supports for Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station".
This motion is being filed pursuant to Applicants' Plan to Respond to the Board's December 28, 1983, Memorandum and Order.(Quality Assurance for Design).
This motion addresses Items 1 and 6 of Applicants' Plan.
Applicants will make available to CASE upon request the procedures referenced in this motion.
A protective agreement need be executed with respect to the Westinghouse procedures.
