Dear Sir:
The NRC was notified of a potentially reportable deficiency in Reference (A), and an Interim Report was transmitted by Reference (B).
At that time, it was estimated that a Final Report would be available by
. June 22, 1984..
A Final Report has been submitted to APS for review. It is expected a Final Report will be transmitted to the NRC by July 31, 1984.
