Dear Sir:
The referenced letter. submitted Philadelphia Electric Company's (PECo) Technical Specification Change Request (TSCR) 89-10, " Station Qualified-Reviewer Program."
This letter submits a revision to that TSCR.
This revision is necessary to reflect changes agreed upon verbally between PEco and NRC staff during the review of TSCR 89-10.
Enclosed are revised Te"hnical Specification pages 248, 252a ano 254 for both units.
We have concluded that the proposed revision does not attact the finding of the no significant hazards consideration previously submitted.
