Dear Mr. Schwencer:
Attached is a copy of the Lincrick Control Roan Design Revicu Final Peport. The final validation step in the Linerick Control Roan Design Feview Prcgram Plan has not been canpleted.
As discussed in the attaciment and the Prograta Plan that was transmitted by the reference (1) letter, an addendum report will be sulxaitted upon ccupletion of tle final validation step.
The addendum report will describe the nethodology usad and will sunrnrize the results in a nenner sindlar to that described in the attachment.
The trananittal of the attached report satisfies the recuirement stated in paragraph 5.2.b of reference (2) and permits nuking a decision as to whether a pre-inplementation onsite audit will im conducted.
