Trouble shooting isolated the output module as the source of the problem. No replacement output modules were on site Two output modules and detectors had been returned to the original equipment manufacturer in late November /carly December. These parts had been repaired by the vendor but were still l waiting to be calibrated They had not been returned to Catawba as of February 5,1992, The vendor was contacted on February 5.1992 and requested to rush delivery of the needed spares. The spares were received on February 12, 1992. The parts were installed and 211hiF13 was declared operable on February 17, 1992.
