NOTICE OF TERMINATION Wi!E R E A S , SEBRING UTILITIES COMMISSION ("SUC") and the FLORIDA MUNICIPAL 1OWER AGENCY ("FMPA") entered into an Agreement dated the 18th day of July, 1990 entitled " Crystal River Unit 3 Deconunissioning Ag2 eement , " (" Agreement"); and W il E R E A S , SUC has contracted to sell its 0./.473% interest in Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Power Plant to Florida Power Corporation (FPC); and WilEREAS , the Agreement provides in Section 4. Duration for the termination of the Agreement with ninety (90) days writ. ten notice to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission ("NRC"), with a copy to FMPA, and The contract with FPC to purchase SUC's interest in Crystal River Unit 3 provides'for FFC to assume SUC responsibility for continued compliance with NRC regulation, NOW, TilEREFORE :
