Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report covering the period from January 1, 1993 through December 31, 1993.
The report originally submitted an estimate of major nuclide composition (by type of waste) which summarized only Class A data, rather than a summary of all waste classes. The corrected page 19 of 31 is attached.
