It in Lubmitted herewith for NRC approval.
Appendix G to the Plan is a revised edition cf the Radiation Safety Manual khich is pending review by the Radiation Safety Committee. Replacement pages for the 1992 edition will be forwarded when the Committee has completed its review.
The revised (1992) edition is submitted with the Plan because, with such minor revisions as the Commit!.~e may require. it will be the edition of the manual under whjch the Decommi Aioning Plan will be executed. The Commission possesses the previous editjan of the manual.
The reactor fuel will be returned to DOE custody at the earliest opportunity. No other portJon of the Decommissioning Plan will be executed until NRC approval to proceed is received.
