On August 25,1993, the Nebraska Public Power District (District) submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) the Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS) Semi-Annual Radioactive Material Release Report for the period January 1,1993 through June 30,1993. In recent communications with the Brookhaven National Laboratory Analytical Sciences Division and in response to an internal nonconformance report on this matter, the District has determined that some information has been omitted from the subject report. Table 3, Subsection A.2, Solid Waste Shipped OfTsite for Burial or Disposal, Estimate of Major Nuclide Composition (reference Page A12 of the subject report),is missing a portion of the list ofmajor nuclides. The same table l
is also missing Subsection A.3, Solid Waste Disposition, and Section B, Irradiated Fuel Shipments (Disposition). Page A12 to the subject report has been corrected and is enclosed for your information and use.
