Attached is a revision to the submittal for Changes to Technical Specification 3/4.3.1 and 3/4.3.2 transmitted via letter dated January 13,1995. His revision corrects an administrative error irr the submittal package. On TABLE 4.3-2, Engineered Safety Features Actuation System Instrumentation Surveillance Requirements, Functional Item Sc - Doghouse Water Level-High (Feedwater Isolation Only) - was inadvertently omitted from page 3/4 3-36. De markup previously submitted did not reflect a correction to Amendment No. 56/37 issued by the NRC to McGuire Nuclear Station on June 16,1986. This administrative revision reinserts Functional item Sc. Functional item Sc was not part of the technical changes contained in the above referenced submittal.
Two editorial corrections were also made. He first is in the headings of columns 5 and 6 on TABLE 4.3-1, page 3/4 3-12. The second is a typo correction in " Insert A" for ACTION 7 on page 3/4 3-7 of the original submittal. The rernainder of the submittal has been reviewed and is correct as submitted.
