APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Duquesno Light Company hereby requests that the technical specifications set forth in Appendix A to this licenso be amended to delete the associated process flow rate monitor operability requirements, as specified in Tables 3.3-13 and 4.3-13, for the gaseouc offluent monitors 2RMQ-RQ-301, 2RMQ-RQ-303, and 2HVL-RQ-ll2.

to this application.
A safety analysis and no significant hazard evaluation are not forth in Attachment B.
Typed replacement pages for tu technical specifications are included in Attachment C.
Based on tne guidance provided by the Commission, the propoced changes have boon datormined to involvo no significant hazards consideration in accordance with.t CFR 50.93 WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that Appendix A to the operating licenso be amended in the form attached hereto as Attachment A.
