An application for amendment to the above license to dolote the associated process flow ratc monitor operability requiremer.ts, as specified in Tables 3.3 1.3 and 4.3-13, for the gaseous offluent monitors 2RMQ-RQ-301, 2RMC-R(h303, and 2HVL-RQ-112.

Documents designated Attachment A,
B, and C which set forth, respectively, the change in the technical specifications, the safety analysis (including the no significant hazards evaluation),
and the typed replacement technical specification pages.
This change has been reviewed by the Onsite Safety Committee and Offsite Review Committee and was determined to be safe based on the attached safety analysis.
The requested targot date for approval of this proposed change is April 30, 1992.
