This will provide you with Applicants' schedule for the filing with the Board of the pleadings described below.
(1) As part of Applicants' Plan to respond to the Board's December 28, 1983 Memorandum and Order, Applicants anticipate filing by June 22, 1984, motions for summary disposition involving the following matters:
(a) design quality assurance program, (b) effects of cinched U-bolts, (c) local displacements and stresses, (d) force distribution in axial restraints, and a
(e) stability.
