In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(f) and the Atomic Energy Act, we hereby certify that we have implemented the appropriate procedures conforming to the guidance provided in Enclosure 1 to Generic letter 91-11 (Reference a). Specifically, the generic letter requests thr.t we ensure Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant (CCNPP) has procedures that include time limitations and surveillance requirements for the following plant equipment:

Vitalinstrument buses,
+
Inverters or other onsite power sources to the vital instrument buses, and
+
Tie breakers that can connect redundant Class 1E buses (AC or DC) at one unit or that can :onnect Class IE buses between units.
