'Special Report San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Units 2 and 3 This report is being submitted in accordance with Technical Spenification (TS) 3.3.3.4, Action a, of Facility Operating Lic_nses NPF-10 and NPF-15 for. San Onofre Units 2 and 3 respectively. The TS require Southern California Edison to submit-a Special Report when the Meteorological Tower is inoperable for more than 7 days.

At 0815 on January G, 1992. the Meteorological Tower was declared inoperable when sensors could not be calibrated to the required specifications. The Meteorological Tower was returned to service at 1045 on January 15, 1992 following repair and replacement of the sensors.
