i The following discussion is submitted in support of an amendment request to Technical Specification 3.4.6.2.
l Item 1 Union Electric will commit to the Icakage trendine provisions of l
ASME Section XI Subsection IW.3427(b), Summer 1980, Winter 1981 Addendum. In addition, the Callaway Pump and Valve Program with respect to Relief Request wV05 will be revised to reflect this change, as appropriate.
_ Item 2 Union Electric is revising proposed Technical Specli1 cation 3.4.6.2.f to limit leakage for valves which are 2 inch or sn. aller to 0.$ gpm per nominal inch of valve size. This change subjects all the valves addressed in this specification to the 4
same requirements. Revised Technical Specification pages which reflect this change are attached.
