Catawba Nuclear Station Docket Nos. 50-413 and 50-414 Technical Specific:..n Amendment Request Withdrawa' Containment Isolation Valves Hal B. Tucker's letter dated March 29,1990 and supplemented Apal 26,1990 submitted a request to relocate the Catawba Nuclear Station Technical Specification Table 3.6-1 (Secondary Containment Bypass Leakage Paths and Tables 3.6-2a and 3.6-2b (Units 1 and 2 Containment Isolation Valves) tables to the Final Safety Analysis Report Chapter 16, Selected Licensee Commitments. Duke Power needs additional time to review the impact of Generic _ Letter 91-08 on this amendment request.
Therefore, Duke Power is withdrawing this amendment request, and will resubmit it at a later date.
