Please find enclosed two copies of the Waterford 3 Emergency Plan Implementing Document changes and revisions.
The revisions do not contain personal information.
Alao enclosed are two copies of three new Implementing Document Procedures dealing with response to toxic chemical emergencies, which are to be placed in the new binder provided.
These procedures satisfy the LP&L commitments in the referenced letters. These procedures contain personal or proprietary information which is not to be disclosed to the public.
Therefore, two attachments are being provided to you.
