Attached is the final NPDES Permit for your discharge.
The Permit as issued covers discharge limitrtions, monitoring, and reporting requirements.
The f ailure of you to meet any portion of the Permit coula result in civil and/or criminal penalties.
The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency is ready and willing to assist you in interpret'ng any of the conditions of the Permit as they relate specifically to your discharge.
We are unable to revice Special Condition 16 as requested in your May 31, 1991 letter. We believe that two years should be a sufficient time to modify the permit, if continued bromine use is found to be appropriate.
The Pennit as issued is effective as of the date indicated on the first page of the Permi t.
You have the right to appeal any condition of the Permit to the Illinois Pollution Control Board within a 30 day period following the issuance date.
