Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Request for Amendment to Provisional Operating License No. DPR-16 Technical Specification Change Request No. 122 GPU Nuclear (GPUN) was recently advised by Mr. James Ianbardo that your office did not receive all of the material forwarded to you in our original submission for the subject action. At this time GPUN is resubmitting a copy of the original request for an amendment to Appendix B of Provisional Operating License No. DPR-16 for the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station.
