FF In reviewing many weld data reports (WDRs) on pipe hangers at the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant, I found two which This information, and appear to indicate defects not repaired.

and Applicants' interrogatories, but I am forwarding this small part to you now to avoid waiting for me to type up all the rest.
In volume 23 of the pipe hanger WDRS:
Hanger No. A-1-216 PD-B-W1 was noted as defective lh April 1982, with 4 rejects.

(possibly this hanger no. is M2, not S1).
It anpears no repairs have been,made on it, per the renorts Also in volume 23, hanger no. A-1-216-1-PD-H-h56 is cited for missing welds in reports of May and June 1981, but no repairs or new welds are noted on these reports or later report from 1983 on this hanger.
In volume 32, RAB-21x6-zone 3, hant'er number A-3-216-1-5W-H-h73 is stated in a report dated 1-20 83 to have been welded by an 5
unqualified welder and to have burn-through.
The welder number

is given as E-58.
No subsequent repairs to this hanger are noted
