McGuire Nuclear Station Docket Nos. 50-369 and 50-370 Personnel Exposure Report Pursuant to Technical Specification 6.9.1.5 (a), McGuire Nt! clear Station submitted a tabulation of the number of station, utility, and other personnei receiving exposure greater than 100 mrem / year, followed by the total dose for each respective worker classification and job function during the 1991 calendar year. This annual personnel exposure repon was submitted to the NRC in a letter dated February 21,1992.
Subsequently, an error was discovered in the computer codes that compiled this infumation.
Although the total figure:. were correct, the distribution of dose by the five Technical Specification designated job functions was not accurate. The computer code has been corrected to ensure that problem will not be repeated.
Therefore a co:Tected 1991 personnel exposure report was submitted on March 12,1992.
The computer codes mentioned above were also used to compile the 1989 and 1990 annual personnel exposure reports. After discovering the problem with the 1991 report, these reports were reviewed to determine if they contained the same type error. Errors were discovered and the effected reports were re-compiled. They are attached to this letter.
