Three (3) originals and thirty-seven (37) copies of our Application for Amendment to Operating License DPR-66 to incorporate various administrative changes intended to update or clarify existing specifications or add addi-tional requirements which will enhance the effectiveness of the Technical Specifications.
2.
Forty (40) copies of documents designated Attachments A and B which set forth the change in Technical Speci-fication and its safety evaluation.
We have determined this to be a Class II change request, a check for $1,200.00 Jill be submitted under separate cover in accordance with 10 CFR 170.22.
