Subj ect: Clinton Power Station Unit 1 Schedule for Submittals of Documentation Addressing Salem ATWS Issue NRC Generic Letter 83-28
Dear Mr. Schwencer:
In letter U-0699, dated March 2, 1984, Illinois Power (IP) stated that a schedule for submittal of information response to Generic Letter 83-28 would be provided to the NRC within 45 days of receipt of the relevant BWR Owner's Group (BWROG) reports.
The BWROG reports are now essentially complete. Therefore we will give you our schedule for information submittal at this time. A report containing IP documentation addressing the Salem ATWS issue will be provided to the NRC by September 30, 1984.
We believe that this schedule is responsive to your needs. Please advise us if this is not the case.
