Dear Mr. Miller:
Steam Generator Tube Plugging As required by Technical Specification 3.3(2)e(i), this letter re-ports the number of tubes plugged on the Fort Calhoun Station steam generators during the most recent inservice inspection con-ducted during the 1984 refueling and maintenance outage.
Five (5) tubes were plugged in steam generator RC-2A and five (5) were plugged in steam generator RC-2B.
Specific details in regard to the steam generator tube plugging will be provided in the six (6) month report required by Technical Specification 3.3(2)e(ii).
It should be noted that this report does not include any plugging performed subsequent to the recent steam generator tube failure which was reported to the Commission in a letter dated May 22, 1984.
The report for this plugging will be supplied separately.
