COMANCHE PEAK STEAM ELECTRIC STATION DOCKET NOS. 50-445 and 50-446 SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE TO IE BULLETIN 83-07
Dear Mr. Collins:
In our response to IE Bulletin 83-07 (Apparently Fraudulent Products Sold by Ray Miller, Inc. ) dated March 22, 1984, Texas Utilities Cenerating Company (TUCCo) described the actions we had taken to that point to respond to the various aspects of the bulletin.
In particular, we described how a search through Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station (CPSES) records identified 114 purchase orders for which the vendors were requested to respond to this bulletin.
In the initial response, only 63 of those 114 purchase orders had been accounted for. As of this date, information on all 114 purchase orders has been received and indicates that no Ray Hiller, Inc. products were furnished by those vendors.
We consider our response to IEB 83-07 to be complete to the best of our knowledge and that this supplemental response closes out all action items that may have been applicable to CPSES.
